周围环境很不好，脏。吃饭很不方便，只有和酒店隔着一条马路的一个小餐馆，饭菜质量、口味一般。不推荐带着孩子的人去住，吃饭、出行不方便。唯一的好处是从酒店出来后，走到路口，向右拐，大约走百米左右，有一条破旧的小路，穿过小路（大约200米），就到了沿海的大马路上，走过去就是海边了。海水脏，各色垃圾充斥着海滩。但是大海是慷慨的，会在涨潮、退潮时留下好些小螃蟹、蛏子、当地人挖蛏子是一大景观。只住了一晚，就退房回市区住了。照片等此次出行结束后再上传。

酒店设施挺新的，就是早餐简单了点，品种很少。房间窗帘不给力，两边对折不起来，中间缺一块。本人睡眠不怎么好，窗帘一定要全部拉起来。住了两晚，第二天整改了一下，对付住了，建议酒店把窗帘搞好点。让他们整改窗帘她们还说以前住客从来没有反映过这个问题，实在不行您就换别的地方吧，酒店服务态度需提高。

酒店条件还可以的，和其他酒店一样，房间大小还好，只是酒店的位置距离火车站较远，打车要50元以上，比石老人浴场还远呢，出行不大方便。

小独栋改的酒店，有免费早餐，位置偏，卫生间隔音差，一晚上哗哗的流水声，离崂山风景区近，可以走路到海边，开车十分钟到石老人浴场。
