离台东步行街很近，出行很方便，对面就是公交站台。前台阿姨人很好的，说话也很客气。设施的话也不算很旧，就是电视有的台像素真的不太好。房间的窗户有纱窗定住的，完全不用担心有蚊子进来，晚上下大雨开着窗睡觉超级舒服。

房间设施还可以，对得起价钱，附近很繁华，属于青岛老城区，周围很多夜市，交通也方便。房间厕所稍微有些味道，不是很隔音，指的是如果你的隔壁住了小孩子，他在门口玩，能很清晰的听见，白天大家都出去，无法评论，但早晨，如果隔壁开门，很清晰。酒店自有餐厅的早餐有台东大肉包，很不错。
