挑选了许多家最终决定这家，接待员小强很热情服务很周到，之前短信联系告诉我在哪里下车如何步行，又在小区门口等开车送，为人爽快！小区的环境非常好，绿化到位，周边购物也很方便，小区门口右边就是市场，左边就是超市和饭馆，生活很方便。离海边非常近，10分钟左右。
要说不足有2点，因为我们是带着孩子，所以床有些小；另外一个就是没有炒菜锅，欠缺了完美。
不过已经很超乎我的想象了，全家出门度假的选择！

干净温馨，很适合一家人出游居住。 小区内有超市，购物方便。 公寓内锅碗瓢盆一应俱全，异地自己做饭，卫生、经济，别有一番情趣。

被派到凤梧金沙， 房间照片忘了拍了，在环境不错的小区内，车停在路边还可以窗户下就能看到。房屋锁是密码锁比较安全，屋内地板很脏我们自己拖得地板，有个房间没有空调比较遗憾，厨房锅碗瓢盆碗筷刀菜板都有，自己带的碗筷盘还是用自己的放心。厕所有洗衣机可以随时洗换洗衣服阳台有衣撑，就是没有沐浴露和洗发水需要自带。这种家庭公寓确实适合一家人出游，价格实惠环境安静优美。拐弯就是超市菜市场很方便自己做饭。总的说很不错。
