酒店服务很差，提前预订了两个房间，结果办入住时却说只看到一个房间订单，拖延整整两个小时才住进房间………行李全程无人帮拿，大堂服务超级差，勉强住了一晚，早起换酒店……………设施旧

很好。环境好，房间舒服。服务态度很好。地段特好，门口就是五四广场地铁口，过马路就是万象城，
自助早餐，我连续三天吃，都没吃全，太多选择了。
