设施有点陈旧，尤其是洗澡间漏水严重，一是很滑不安全，二导致楼梯的墙皮起鼓掉皮，不美观，希望能尽快维修。服务和卫生还是很不错的！

有些陈旧了，复式的实际上不方便，几个公寓楼里有大大小小好些个不同的管理方，深蓝复式可能管理还算好的。
