这是我见过的最垃圾的酒店！三星级？应该是负的三星级！！！去的时候，吧台就一个新手服务员，另外有三位客人要办理入住手续，服务员竟拒绝办理，理由是没有接到领导指示，我说我是携程预定的也不行，领导没有电话不能办理；奇葩！！乖乖！！你领导不在家难道就不营业了吗？最后在一再催促下给领导打了电话才办理入住；更奇葩的是房间连免费的饮用水、基本的洗刷用品也没有，联系服务员竟说是为了响应国家环保要求不提供！！！电视不能收看，联系总台竟说相关的服务人员已经下班，没有值班的！！！！

门口的看门师傅就是个爷，牛的不行，车在门口按半天喇叭才慢慢腾腾过来，一脸不情愿，还带着教训的口气规定晚上回来的时间，败了
