做了一年的互联网平台运营，今天开年第一天就是要投诉你家前台今天当班的女前台人员，酒店不错，经常在这里商旅，中铁里面所有家都住过，酒店没的说，就是你家中铁B座的女前台接待人员，服务太次，垃圾人，对话好几个顾客都是非常消极的态度。建议贵司尽快辞退这样的员工，早晚给你惹事。这样的人做不了服务行业。我不管她在你们这算什么级别的，以后我司来这住，看见她一次，差评一次。
