这个酒店，优缺点都很明显。先说优点：1.位置就在海边，而且楼层高，100%的海景房，视野开阔；2.房间超大，而且有两个床，宽敞。3.设施基本算齐全，使用算方便；4.到海滩游玩超方便，孩子很喜欢。缺点：1.离市区实在是太太太远了，到栈桥那边都有将近40公里，开车白天需要一个半小时，而且滨海大道和漓江西路车超多，难开，建议就算是自驾游，选择这里住宿也要慎重，实在太远；2.房间卫生很一般，设施感觉有点旧了，尤其床垫严重差评，稍微一翻身就会嘎吱嘎吱响，噪音很大，而且被套和床单质量不咋地，就是那种经济型酒店的质量，很粗糙，完全配不上价格；3.价格上涨太厉害，国庆期间500多的价格，不算太贵，但也没什么性价比；4.服务很一般，很多时候前台都没人，态度也很一般。总体来说卖点也就是一个不算太贵的海景房，其他都不咋样。
