位置在石老人浴场旁（北），与沙滩只隔一条路，小区很安静。是海景别墅小区，车在小区内路边（单行道）或别墅旁小停车场任意免费停，出小区过马路就是浴场沙滩（细沙）和海，海面无遮挡岛屿。榻榻米房间适合较小的小孩，因为不会掉下床。早餐是水果蔬菜和老板家自制小菜等。

位置特别好，离石老人浴场一道之隔。别墅所在小区环境优雅，周围有两个商场配套，非常方便。民宿环境好，周边属于富人区，没啥街边小店，可以让老板给做早餐，老板选食材方便特别厉害，烹饪技术也取食物本真之味，特别好！！！总之，很棒的一次体验。

到青岛出差，赶上周末顺便游玩一下。非旺季出行，人很少给我们升级了海景房。从房间飘窗就能看到沙滩海浪，小区后门出去就是商场和地铁站（小区后门只有入住后有门禁卡才能开，所以入住之前和退房后就走不了后门），吃饭购物也方便，机场大巴也从那里路过，位置很好。

这是目前我住过最舒适的房间，到店两个小哥哥免费给我们升级到海景大床房，房间还特意用气球装饰了，房间是真的棒，距离石老人海浴场，仅仅只隔了一条街，观海简直不能太方便了，大力推荐给伙伴们，也祝小哥哥家生意越来越好！

离海边超近，小别墅洋气十足，飘窗海景让我向往不已，新装修的，格局布置我都很喜欢，这次开会太赶了，下次一定要多住几天……老板人很热情，小区旁边的一捞鲜也实惠好吃

酒店位置绝佳，离石老人海滩（什么一二海水浴场、金银沙滩，完全比不过这里的风景）仅仅3分钟路程。老板很好，给你家的感觉，用心经营，过来度假，选这里，绝对舒服到极点。
