一、优点：离沙滩很近！二、缺点：1、我碰到的这个前台态度让人很不舒服，没有一丝笑容，晚上凌晨1:00到酒店，考虑第二天不再换房，想给升级一下房间，有空房都不愿给升级，好像欠她100块一样。酒店老旧是很难改变的，重新装修投入很大，但服务态度应该是很容易治理吧，能招聘的人多的是。本身酒店就没有太多优势了，黄岛万达开了好几个新酒店，如果不把服务提高上去，没人来住真是浪费了酒店的好位置就可惜了！2、无烟房烟味很大，一进7层走廊烟味就很大，酒店应该开一些真正的无烟房，因为这是有些带孩子的是真正的需求，而不是简单的无烟处理，喷喷清洗剂。另一方面，住客在房间抽烟，是素质问题、道德问题、诚信问题、自私自利问题？以上问题每个人理解不同，我认为是法律问题，如在高铁抽烟，禁止180天坐高铁；应该在房间抽烟，也禁止180天办理住宿。3、床垫非常软，这倒每个人喜好不同。三、说下艺龙的诚信问题：3月24日已在艺龙预定成功酒店，艺龙也确认完，后来艺龙给修改为酒店拒绝订单，这艺龙真是自己家想怎么改就怎么改吗？顾客选择的是艺龙，没有直接对酒店。酒店价格上涨，艺龙就可以把已确认过的订单拒绝？让人感觉艺龙很不诚信！
