酒店位置靠近闽江路美食一条街。 餐饮，购物，工作，交通非常方便的地方。 性比价还行。帮朋友订的，算上档次，价格还行，单位接待之宾馆。算是青岛新东大酒店的老顾客了。里面有游泳馆，挺干净的，就是水有时较凉。

非常失望，房间里的电视只能看青岛的几个台，电话只能打进不能打出，无线Wi-Fi信号非常差。房间里的空调是打不开的，问了前台解释说，现在已经10月份了空调就不开了。另外，卫生间里的卫生纸永远都是缺的，洗澡的浴缸也不干净，反正我不忍心用，直接淋浴了，而且卫生间里也没有地巾。新东大酒店的早餐只能说还凑合，反正肯定达不到四星级的标准，但至少比快捷酒店好那么一丢丢。

有年头的一个酒店，设施都还不错，前台服务也很好，房间隔音也不错，主要是位置好，离闽江道的船歌鱼很近，出门公交直通各个景点，值得推荐的酒店
