靠着五折限购，价格还算可以，不过是家老三星，设施有点旧。好在东西都齐全，在这物价昂贵的市南区算不错了。值得推荐

卫生条件还可以，房间设施也齐全，热水也不错，还可以租路由器免费WiFi，就是速度略慢，早餐十元一位，有鸡蛋、粥、馒头、咸菜、汤、面包，总体感觉吃的还可以，就是在八点半停止供应了，八点左右去的时候就有点儿少了，建议要早去。交通方便，坐公交去五四广场和云霄路美食街都是不错的。到火车站打车15分钟左右。

帮朋友预订的，一次订了四个房间，朋友说还不错，地理位置挺好的，在旅游季节这个价格也不错，就是房间老点，但是服务不错，挺好的，早餐时间可以再延长些就好啦，吃饭的人多时间短，整体还是推荐的，希望下次我们自己去的时候价格会更好哈
