除了在八大关，靠海，其他实在没有优势。房间老旧，小，早餐还是外面配送的。外面单行道，打车不方便，周围餐饮太少，以后不会住

周边环境很好，去第二海水浴场走路3分钟，花石楼5分钟。房子是个有点历史的楼房，走道楼梯都是木制的。房间设施简单，比较旧，卫生状况实在说不上好，房间也很小，老式三星的感觉，除了开房退房没有享受到客房服务。开房时在前台发了一套酒店用品，之后的两天就啥都没了，幸亏我们自己带了……住这里自己洗漱用品毛巾最好都带齐。最大的好处就是 去 海 里 玩 方 便！

在八大关黄金地段，老式别墅，很有味道，距离海滩超级近，可以在酒店换上泳衣直接走过去，非常方便
