到达酒店没有行李员，有点不便。前天服务挺好，就是感觉室内的温度有点低。还帮我预定了明天的出租车。到了房间后，发现一些小小的硬件问题。他们都尽力解决。还送来了水果盘，对服务中出现的问题道歉，让我很满意。下次还会住你们家。

服务不错，屋里写字台没台灯。睡衣也没，不赠水。床头灯也不能调节明暗。屋里温度到是很好。
