房间空调是坏的，结账时态度不好，并责怪客人为什么要投诉！饭店非常老，一股霉味，地毯比较脏，前面工地施工早上很吵。卫生间很脏

太失望了，完全达不到星级的标准，标间简直没法住，厕所特别脏，房价内的设施老且旧，根本不值这个价格，服务态度也很一般，不过吃饭的服务员的态度还算好
