房间非常一般，服务一般，最多二、三星级水平，但三楼湖景房有阳台很不错，小孩喜欢。其好处在宝晶宫度假村内，且离宝晶宫很近

虽然卫生很差，周边环境一般，但是他现在正在修建5星级酒店，想去的话就要等到他建完了在去玩也行。那边的溶洞很好玩，桥下还有一大块地都是油菜花，很漂亮。

方便，但设施太旧了，如果能装修一下就好了，位置就在景区内，离售票处不远，吃也很一般，应该可以改善的，可以做得更好的。

在宝晶宫景区内，年份好久了，房间倒是很大，卫生很一般，谈不上服务。
宝晶宫景区进入的道路在整修，单边封闭，比较麻烦。
宝晶宫景区已经太陈旧，还收费85/人，不建议再来。

酒店设施殘旧，床垫是塌下去的，热水煲是有石垢的，电视是没声音的，空调是坏的，反正没有一样是满意的，最失败的一次订房，还好是两公婆住，换了其他人就太不好意思了。劝大家不要来住这店。心里话来的。
