  住过长隆最差酒店，衞生极差，2700一晚的家庭房床上还有吃过的零食袋没收拾乾净，半夜女儿从小童床爬到大人床上第二天醒来闹着説要打电话投诉酒店説全身痒，早上一看脸上脖子上发疹子，我和小孩母亲都是一个不喜欢麻烦别人的人，心想可能只是一点过敏，就继续出去玩了，结果回到家全身起红团小包，其他什么酒店服务不用説多差，就这个衞生请你们管理人员注意不要再害人了好吧

  入住流程很简单方便。大堂设计很棒，整体酒店设计都充满童趣。路边标识清楚明确，有问题随时可以找到工作人员来答疑解惑。有可以免费寄存行李的地方，也很方便入园游玩，不用担心时间。有东西落在房间，也会及时沟通，避免财产损失！

  清远长颈鹿城堡酒店，是孩子们梦想中的童话世界。一踏入酒店，彷佛进入了神秘的非洲长颈鹿部落。大堂以“神树”为中心，高耸的树干与枝叶营造出森林氛围。房间里，可爱的长颈鹿图案小童用品、高低洗手盆等细节，处处为亲子家庭着想。回访使者刘颖雯耐心的听取我的意见，积极认真的回答我的问题，服务非常好。清晨，推开窗就能看到长颈鹿在亲鹿平台上漫步，孩子们可以兴奋地与这些可爱的动物打招呼，还能在神树乐园尽情玩耍，与长颈鹿共进早餐，开启充满欢乐与惊喜的一天。

  长隆的服务游玩设施没的説，清远长隆虽然动物少点，但是人流也比广州珠海少很多，元旦出行很舒服，另外还配套温泉和神树乐园（很大的小童游乐园），不虚此行，有机会还要来！
