订了大床房，不像度假的，只像旅馆，后来房卡开不了，打前台电话打了半个小时没人接，只能走出去找保安，换了房间之后空调开到16度还像没开一样，半夜每隔一段时间空调就发出卡卡卡的声音，费事搬着行李爬上爬下了，终于忍到天亮，确实是不好的体验

酒店整体设施不错，服务实在跟不上，通往别墅的电瓶车数量跟需求不成正比，每次都要等等等，早餐特别需要批评，差！
