这次出来是带着小孩，酒店服务很好非常注重到细节，我们出去吃完饭回来发现酒店就放了一些了东西上来，小孩拖鞋，一些零食和动画书，小孩们很开心，酒店关心到每一个客户，好评！！下次来清远一定会再来这里。

一次订了2间房，所以把零间房的评价复制了一遍，呵呵。
酒店给予推荐。 位置在江边，江景房不错，视野比较开阔，硬件和装修什么的都没有问题。貌似以前是索芙特酒店吧，在导航上搜到的还是索芙特的名字。 尤其称赞的是客房服务，几个服务员都是很敬业仔细的，看我矿泉水消耗的比较快，服务员在标准赠送的2瓶水外，额外再在房间多放了2瓶，必须要赞这个贴心的服务。服务员也会每天写贴心的卡片。 早餐还有改善的空间，品种略显单调，我住了4天，感觉早餐每天变化的不多。有待加强。 游泳池，需要加强对带泳帽的管理，很多客人不戴，也没有人去监管。带泳帽既是对其它客人的尊重，也是管理的一个细节。
酒店在江边，门口没有太多饭店，但是酒店步行10分钟内（背面和市政府方向），有好多饭店，可以去吃饭什么的。
总体来说，是个值得再住的酒店。
