以前的速8酒店改建而来。卫生条件还可以，就是电梯嘎机嘎机的，让人觉得不安全。

清远市康桥酒店，也就是原来的速八酒店，位于清远清城区，周围有很多新建的楼盘，生活的配套就差一些，没有超市，吃饭地方也很少，如果没有车就不建议住这里了。酒店的装修还是很新的，具有欧式的风格 最值得称道称道的是床，床垫很软，睡在上面很舒服。但也有些美中不足的，卫生间的异味很大，希望以后有所改进。
