酒店好旧，冲凉房大，但花洒不能用，也没有门，暖气好吵，不过在阳山按这个价格的星级酒店算便宜了

很差，房间很暗，3星的酒店电视还是原始的大箱子。晚上楼下OK到1点。很吵。前台为了收现金， 不准我在携程用信用卡支付，我只是说了一句， 这是你们和携程之间的事情。你找携程商量。 前台就开骂。 是2015、1、3号早上9：30的前台。 当时一看就不是善类。
入目三分。
“以后不准这样支付， 要到前台支付现金。 ：
”携程就是垃圾“。
等我们往外走，还在骂骂咧咧。
当时带全家去温泉的。地一次遇到这种酒店。已投诉到携程， 看携程怎么解决吧。

房间很旧，地面和墙壁都有严重破损，尤其地板坏的有一只鞋那么大一块。冲凉的玻璃门都没有了，水溅的满地都是，感觉太差了
