原本一家人去清远玩，提前两天在网上订了四间房，直到入住当天晚上给我打电话说有两房间房忘记给我留了，说在别的地方给我们找了两间，一来找的酒店是很差，二来我一家人不可能分开住的，很明确的告诉酒店，我要一家人住一起，当时带了4个小孩两个老人，周未当天到处满房，叫我们去找别的酒，只给我们退两问房，另外间不肯退，后面我们打了同程投诉协商，酒店还是不肯退，态度极度恶劣，一家人三更半夜到处找房子，最后多花了2000块找到房子，最后打电话给酒店说我们找到酒店住了，请把那两间房房钱退我们，酒店说这两间是不能退的，一错在你们，二我们明确说了我们要一家住同一个酒店，既然处理不了就给我们退房钱，直到现在酒店态度都是恶劣的，开开心心出来玩，就因为你们酒店弄成这样子，那就只有打12315投诉电话，让大家来定夺吧
