住温泉酒店居然还要收泡温泉费用，结账前没有任何告知，虽然提了意见之后免了我泡温泉的费用，我还是要实事求是地评价:准四星豪华房感觉不如商务酒店标间，冲凉水小，设施陈旧，床也不宽，电视机29寸显像管的，安全栓坏了，晚上不能栓，wifi也是提意见才修好，温泉水还不错，但只开3.4个池，19到23:30才开，且水是不流动的，越泡越冷，也没有毛巾换，感觉很小气。值得一赞的是前台服务员和清洁员工，态度非常好，笑容可掬，提了意见就接受并马上整改。觉得管理水平较差，也许是大公司不在乎，走向市场还需要大的改进。

員工態度好，房間寛敞，惜設備陳舊。温泉池晚上才開放，不方便且欠清潔，收費40元位，不值！

此店是广东省机场管理集团佛冈培训中心，国企的酒店，服务态度非常不好，设施陈旧，一分钱一分货，270元标间真的不行，看不到湖景，服务员说湖景的房间都承包给别人了，最气人的，温泉离住的地方比较远，只有6-7个小温泉池，居然房费不包泡温泉，要另收45元/人，最近附近国道和店门前在修路，小车不好走，脏死了，估计还要3个月才能修好，以后都不会再来

地处黄花湖边，环境不错，空气挺清醒，房间档次差了一点，温泉是晚上有，价格是45，早餐15，交通不太方便，建议自驾

性价比不错，一家人去住比较适合，热闹，舒服。游泳池水需要勤换。温泉池稍微少一点，如果全部开放就好了。
