酒店旧，外面看完全看不出是豪华型酒店，一进去房间就有股霉味，衣橱那里还有股死老鼠的味道，厕所还有股尿骚味，是在是太糟糕了。再说说温泉，只开放了一个的热水温泉，1个冷水池，一个常温池（常温池是下午3点多我们到了才开始进水，若不是有一个亲子团有比较多小孩去玩，还不一定开常温池），听到一个服务员说：这么多人，又要做死人了。服务意识这么差，怎么能把酒店搞好。不会再去第二次了

需然星期天客人少点，温泉池多但放水的池少，也不够卫生，不够人性化。这天气太阳光照，树林中池没有放，只有阳光普照有4个池有，其中2个池没有换水。服务差。
