装修新，卫生好，大床房配有沙发床，特别适合带有小朋友的家庭入住，酒店服务很贴心，知道有小孩，特别加送了一套床上用品以及小孩的牙刷和拖鞋，还送了小吃。早餐品种虽然不多，但完全满足基本要求，出品也不错。停车场有露天和地下，可以根据情选择。总的来说性价比超高。

工作人员都很有礼貌，让人感觉舒心愉快，当晚忘记关车窗还多亏了保安大哥夜晚巡查看到帮我用雨伞了大雨，让我车里没有受到雨水的侵袭，特别感谢！

清远有两家同名的酒店，塞了几个小时车后又被导航带去了清新希尔顿，建议事先提醒住户。早餐并不丰盛，要等位。

订的488元的豪华大床，只能说无力吐槽，性价比极低！可以忽略希尔顿三个字，简直忽悠！只能称的上好点的快捷酒店。房间很小，可以看图，厕所和卫生间都很挤，整体感觉很一般，另外必须要吐槽下，房间的矿泉水好歹放瓶怡宝呀，放个超市里卖最便宜的冰露，拧半天拧不开。服务也有待提升，下午四点多办理入住，办理时候前台没问需要安排无烟房间，我也没提。一进去房间一股浓浓的烟味。电话前台说换房，帮忙送卡上来，直接就跟我说人手不足，叫我下去自己来换。然后晚上九点多，前台莫名其妙打电话过来，问对服务有什么建议？晚上打电话问服务建议？我理解是电话骚扰。早餐也没评论说的那么好，也就比快捷酒店稍好！
总的一句，酒店很新，服务配套一般，性价比极低。谈不上高档、豪华。如果当成商务酒店住还可以。488的价格在清远确实有点虚高。
