这次旅程中感触最深的就是这间酒店人员的服务态度，入住之后首先有专人电话回访入住情况，昨晚房间空调不行马上安排换另一间，今早准备回程时发现一个后车胎扎钉没气了，需要换备胎，大堂经理(忘了记名字了）立刻很热心地安排了两个小伙子谢观灿和李小刚帮忙，在这么热的天气耐心且尽心尽力地帮忙备受感动！非常感谢三位的热心帮助，对酒店这种高素质的服务给予极高的评价，以后还会再来的。
