在同程订了好几次酒店，就这次有小小插曲，我明明下单订的是9月30日的房间，当天到酒店办理入住，酒店的工作人员怎么查不到我的信息，后我打电话给同程客户，客服服务太度很好，帮我查原因去了，后同程客服给我回电话说订单没有问题，我再让酒店工作人员查，一查，说我订的是10月1日的房，我说不可能，我把订单信息也给酒店的工作人员看了，没有错，酒店的工作人员又在找原因，唉，最终我还是办理了入住，最终我也不知道她们到底是哪里搞错了，服了。
