整个酒店弥漫着发霉的味道，晚上睡觉，半夜打死了两只蟑螂，我也是疯了。第二天早上退房，竟然说我烟头把他家地毯烧了，开什么玩笑，我是吸烟，但是都放在烟灰缸，烟灰缸我还加了水！难道抽烟的人就会把你家地毯烧了吗？莫名其妙，还要赔偿，真是晕倒。
