来到话查不到订单，几经交涉后拿到房。房间在山顶，空气很好，可惜下雨，又要提着行李箱上山顶，非常麻烦，累。加上服务很差，房间标识又不清楚，找了很久，没有服务员带路，很不爽

酒店还可以，但对于今次艺龙的做法真是可恨。本来在艺龙下了单订该酒店，已发了信息来确认，谁知去到酒店才知没给我下单，三番四次打电话到艺龙网客服，三个甜美声音的小姐说会尽快解决，但酒店依然说查不到我的订单，没有我的名字。后来等了40分钟才发现艺龙网将我的订单卖了给其它旅行社，而且还转了几手。本来都没什么的了，但酒店告诉我已没有双床房，只有单床房，要不就加80元可以换双床房。真的无语。试问艺龙这么大的公司要不要将订单转几手给其它公司呢？希望下次能改进，不要给顾客添加麻烦。

第二次入住了，这次的房型是洞天山房，这个房型的设施比龟山鸟巢房好，私家池也很大，不过龟山鸟巢房的环境要好些，所以各有优点。总体来说金龟泉酒店整体环境优美，有山有水，这次发现酒店里的餐厅旁边就是一条瀑布，还有一条在树丛中的登山径。
