试业阶段，每层楼另一端还在装修。房间内估计甲醛超标（因为刚刚装修完）几个着落都发现一袋袋茶叶渣。淋浴间下水道堵塞，去水超慢。房间空调调至15度，房间还是在22度左右，很热。唯一的优点，新开张什么东西都新，房间很大。
