酒店老舊，房間空間還行，浴室裝設了兩個固定的蓮蓬頭？廁所馬桶阻塞。退房時遺失了押金單，櫃台工作人員說要複印證件登記，收了2元複印費，然後竟然還要索取10元工本費，雖然金額不高，但是絕對非常不合理，我是本人訂房與退房，證件與本人符合，簽名也符合，無法接受何謂"工本費";沒聽說過哪間星級酒店有這種低能的規定。唯一值得推薦的是泳池還不錯，孩子玩的很開心。但是這間酒店就算免費也不考慮再來！

酒店申粤轩餐厅的早茶和正餐味道不错，每次来清远，即使不住在这里，也要特意到申粤轩吃顿饭。

在粤北难得找到一家客房装修有老上海味道的酒店，房间很干净，也很舒服。另外，酒店的园林景观做的很用心，北江江景和大草坪相当吸引人，喜欢！
