凌晨2点多，楼上一直在吵，然后去前台询问，前台说会解决，然而过了一个半小时，吵声一直没停，我又去前台，前台说楼上在打麻将，已经告诫他们不要打，然而还过了一个小时才停止，那时候已经是凌晨5点钟，请问这样的事情酒店以后怎么解决，还用考虑顾客的感受吗？你一晚上吵着不能睡可以吗？
