酒店很旧，环境很差，酒店办入住，居然说没有我的订房信息，这个希望酒店或者艺龙给我个说法。后来就给了我一间门锁坏的，水壶也是坏的，连下水道也堵了的房间，真不知道怎么形容这才旅途，对此我非常不满，我钱没少给，怎么就这么差的房间，
