酒店环境的确不错，硬件设施给5分，地理位置也方便，酒店前面就是江边，景色优美空气清新。酒店服务先说门童小哥服务不错，带我去看房，还介绍了酒店的基本情况。前台人员就差强人意了，续住第二天需要带卡给前台处理，前台没有告知，所以第二天出现第一次开不到门，处理完后第二次就是突然没电，问前台为什么被翻白眼，呵呵，就这服务也只有呵呵呵

停车场很大，旁边大堂旁边的餐厅不错，走400米即是赢之城购物中心，很方便，房间干净整洁，唯一的缺点就是房间的旁边KTV实在是太吵了，影响睡觉

噪音特大，住在2楼听了一晚上KTV的鬼哭狼嚎！投诉前台，人家说不属于酒店管理，真不知道游客以前怎么住的。就被5星评分骗来住这里的，这是住过最差的酒店，根本无法休息！！！
