酒店各方面都很好，前台的服务热情周到，干净卫生，床睡得很舒服，有很大的停车场，交通便利，离商业街很近，晚上散步就可以到，早上喝粤式早茶，中午正餐也在酒店吃，味道不错很正宗，总之一切都很满意，下次到英德还会选择仁鑫大酒店。

挺亮眼的，远远看一眼就发现了，高档大气。酒店在市中心，设施也挺新的。和朋友一起来玩，就是没看天气预报，遇到雨天了。

环境还是挺不错的，在市区里，楼下就有饭店 ，房间也干净整洁，晚上有牛奶送，很贴心。发现门口有在装修，希望下次再来就装修好了，应该会好看很多。

服务态度非常好，晚上还有服务员送牛奶，水果，特别温暖。房间里还有冰箱，保险柜，报纸，书籍，不愧是四星级酒店，就是一个字棒！
