酒店整体一般，健身房锻炼挺好。找乒乓球，健身房如同走迷宫，布局不太合理，康乐不在一起！房间格局也感觉不方便，卫生间挺好！茶水吧不方便，显小！隔音效果差，外面动静都听得清，不太符合5星。

里面吃饭比较贵，要收服务费又要加税，白饭也要十块钱一碗，早餐165元一位，品种太小，不值这个价，真的伤不起

喜来登，服务是没的说，因为清远暂时最好的环境和服务就是他们了。但是确实离市区太远，而且房间离大堂太远，很难找。希望有更多指示指引。

期望越高，失望越大，不知道哪来那么多的好评，感觉不爱，不会再去，巴掌大的游泳池，巴掌大的儿童乐园，音乐喷泉，很普通，绝对不会再去，性价比不高！

还是保持了喜来登的应有的服务和管理水平，唯一不足的还是入住和退房的缓慢，但这次好就是好在增加了一个信用卡快速退房，仍下房卡就可以走人，可惜的是不能开发票，如果需要开发票的话还是需要前台办理。
