在网上已经订票成功了，前一天也打电话确认有房，晚上11点去的时候又说么看见我的订单，打电话给艺龙客服都说有我订单，但是酒店前台就说没有然后让我取消网上的重新在他店里订贵的，最后还扣了我的违约金，住房后房子好痒好脏，毛巾还是烂的，下次一定不会在选择住这家了
