公寓结构两层，很静，扣分之处有三点，第一，既然有灶头，为何不提供烹饪工具？第二，客人会喜欢你们把某个小朋友的画挂满室内吗？第三，配套设施不完善。
我的总结就是，花了酒店的价格，住进一个没有完全酒店服务的“别人家”，还要强迫你“欣赏”一堆某个小朋友的画展。我只想说，该做的你们都没做。强烈不推荐。

房间离总台500米距离，因房卡开不了门折腾我连续往返3
次更换了3间房间，第3间又没有空调遥控器，这期间走了3公里路，冒火得很。前台只有一个人，在连续换房期间其他人打来的投诉电话不断，很拖时间。房间及环境是不错的但管理严重不善，一粒老鼠屎搞坏一锅粥。

房间又干净又漂亮，可是有几项不满：1，店家和艺龙没衔接好，我在前台等了1个小时打了n个电话才入住。2，房间内装修味道太大，儿童房可以把人熏晕，一家人挤在大床上开窗才勉强入睡。
如果没以上问题，真的是可以打全5分的酒店

太棒，100分，一进房间全家惊喜，特别儿童房的床上用品是多啦A梦，儿子高兴得不得了！如果阳台增加晾衣服的设施就更好了。以后还会带家人来。

这酒店实在太惊喜，很温馨的房间！非常好！就像五星级的家！但有以下需要改善的，阳台应该加一条晾衣绳，小朋友床的那边应该加一台风扇，洗水间应该加一些挂钩，方便挂衣服，这样就更加完美了！还有一个就是我们一共订了5个房间，其中有一个房间的楼梯扶手有点松了，请你们要注意检查一下！这酒店一个字“正”！！
