第一次入住维也纳，干净卫生，床垫舒适，卫生间无异味，酒店最重要的方面做到了，前台小姐服务热情，就是隔音差点，可能是一些顾客用力关门很响，但感受还是不错的。

酒店地段不错，环境也不错，但是服务有点尴尬。
帮客户提前订了几间房，因客户行程变动，所以特意到店确认每天预定的房间数，确认报相关信息入住，并且提前刷预授权。
夜里凌晨1点多打电话过来确认之前的订单，睡得糊里糊涂被搅黄了。
后来又让客户自己结了一天的账单。
夜里还有外卖小哥可以直接上到住房层，按错门铃，一个彪形大汉在外面一直按门铃，吓得半s。
事后服务人员一直道歉，但并不是一家全国连锁应有的管理方式。

来参加马拉松的，酒店位置很好，距离起点很近。酒店隔壁是中学，对面有很多小吃店。房间优雅有格调，床和被子都很舒服。
