房间闷热问有没有空调客服说有七八点就开……结果等了一个晚上投诉几次了没有……十点半说师傅下班了开不了我说退房不给退……十一点多打电话问客服客服叫我自己打电话给酒店经理……无语了……打了电话给经理她说叫师傅开……结果没下文了已经十二点了……小孩子哭了一整晚就我住过最差的酒店了！住过最差的酒店了……客服态度也差……接了电话也不出声只有听又不接话自己跟自己说……

设施陈旧，卫生差，所谓的豪华间一进门好大的味道令人作呕。停车免费但要拿停车票不能凭房卡，晚上回去晚点很可能没车位。好处是地点还行，周围算是小县城比较热闹的地方，三楼的龙凤楼酒家有早晚茶市，旁边一条街很多早餐档。
