酒店房间是真的很大，也倒是挺干净的，不知道是不是服务人员不够还是怎样，反正入住和退房特别的慢，没太有条理性。再就是这个价格也不算便宜了，可是不知道为什么在网上订的房间就不含早餐

首先说明一下房间的确够大，卫生还可以。但是服务是非常差，客房服务电话各种打不通，打总台又让各种等，态度蛮横，服务差评，像大爷一样。饮用水根本无法使用，其实发生问题根本不可怕，可怕的是人家根本就不睬你，高高在上，前台那两位女士啊，请好好学习一下酒店服务吧，这样的酒店以后绝对不会再入住。
