入住后才知道是家庭公寓，住的20多层，具体多少忘记了， 海景房，可以看见大海。步行去海边也比近较，走路7分钟左右，要从小区外绕过去。离南戴河黄金海岸开车35分钟，北戴河车程15分钟。不过提醒后来的朋友，这信宾馆入住前一定要先和酒店联系，我们就是没有联系，到的时候，差点儿没有房间，协商后，才给我们换了一套家庭套房。整体感觉不错，推荐入住

真心不错的便捷公寓，海景房很美，离海边很近，干净整洁。是个不错的入住选择。楼层越高，观海效果越好。下次来一定还住这里。海边的景色一览无余。真的是不错的观海公寓，公寓的环境很好，幽静、整洁、高档，入住会不虚此行的。
