网上预定的 条件不好，一开门就有发霉的味道！ 地板都是坏的！ 最不讲信誉的是，网订时欺骗顾客仅有一间，到了发现空着整楼层！ 值得表扬的是服务生态度很好！

地理位置不便，出行不行很久打不着车，每次打车司机都不知地方，标间不知，订购的大床入住时明显未收拾过，床上有头发痕迹，直到退房未看见客房服务员，床头灯已损坏，缠着胶带，没有灯泡，插座无电一个，跳闸一个，未见服务指南，未见一次性拖鞋，不理想。

非常不错的酒店，房间干净，卫生间很大，洗澡水是我去过的秦皇岛酒店中最好的，水量大，花洒舒服。空调非常给力，酒店花园环境也很美，安静极了。下次还会选这里。
