秦海酒店是隶属于地质局下面的一个酒店，整体环境还行。房间很隔音，副楼的卫生状况比主楼的状况要好很多，服务员解释的原因是因为副楼冬天没暖气，故利用率偏低，所以推荐住副楼。周围吃住也很方便。
