入住登记时间太长，艺龙写的十二点后入住结果去了说两点以后才可以开始安排最晚要下午四点才能住，抱个孩子等了好几个小时外面天气又热，根本没去处，一直就能在大厅待着，不人性化

很不错的度假好去处，景色优美沙滩的管理的干净整洁适合一家老小游玩，服务人员态度很好温泉酒店早餐丰富自费餐厅消费价格不算高总体感觉不错一家人玩的开心😃。

一共订了两间，其中一间非常垃圾，根本不值这么多钱，淋浴坏的，下水道坏的，电话坏的…就这还敢收一千块钱一晚？

服务总体挺好的，本打算住阿尔卡迪亚那没房了，现找的这个，还好没住那，这个酒店特别方便房间就在温泉上边，出门溜达一下就是海，总体感觉很好，每天还送新鲜水果

服务特别差，办理入住极慢无比，十二点多到不让进，说两点以后，两点半去办，说还没有打扫好卫生，旁边一家八点来的还没住上，一千五一间房，潮呼呼，哪哪都是人，下次绝对不来了
