酒店所在位置是一个村庄，感觉很偏，前台是在小区对面的平方内。公寓类的酒店，楼道里还住着其他住户，感觉不值260，沙发很旧不太干净，其他条件也一般，从沐浴露和洗发膏包装就能看出来，还有牙刷掉毛，门不严实，开窗有海风门一直响，孩子还害怕呢。可以算得上优点的是房间大，小区对面有个小市场，有海鲜摊子，可以现加工配碗米饭吃，海鲜价格比老虎石风情街的海鲜饭店比便宜些。
