硬件不够五星标准，很简陋。卫生很一般，房间里打死好几只虫子，桌上有灰尘，服务员连地板也不拖。娱乐设施还可以，孩子玩得开心，但大堂的买房广告声太大，与五星极不匹配。

表面环境确实不错，有私人沙滩，但是酒店几个餐厅的服务及味道差的不是一星半点，服务人员都站着，不帮着催菜。沙滩吧烧烤听到服务员说酒店高层要100串羊肉串，赶紧给烤，不够了就跟顾客说沽清，烤茄子生着就给上了。酒店房间没有毛巾，给客服打几回电话后才给送过来。这回来之后应该再也不会来了，实在体验太差了！
