入住这么多次度假酒店第一次给差评！高峰期2000一夜的价格情有可原！关键服务要跟的上！到处都是自费 ！早餐都是抢座位！菜品真的无语！房间空调是坏的 打了二次电话无人维修！只能开窗孩子咬的都是包！服务员打扫卫生的错把我们的浴巾收走了！跟酒店沟通二次无果 连一个最起码的回复都没有！

酒店就有海滩，里面设施不错。酒店生意可能太好，我们订的园景房给升级了一间海景房。但另外一间园景实在不敢恭维，一楼，进去就是霉臭味道，住了一晚卫生间竟然不停渗水，整个房间地板都全是水，服务员还不错，又叫来水电师傅但无法处理。建议我们到前台换房。孩子睡了，想到再住一晚就走就懒得折腾了。总的来说房间宽敞却没类似亚朵的快捷酒店干净卫生，住着舒心。吃的超贵，份量也超小，可能也就是为了做这几个月的生意吧

首先前台服务态度很差，办理入住的人很多，大厅杂乱无章。其次，房间设施很差，与价位严重不符，本来在香格里拉和这个之间犹豫，看到好评就定了这里，没想到太令人失望了！
