优点：1.院子大院内环境好，停车方便；2.服务响应迅速。3.院内比较安静，除了迎宾楼后面那条大狗。4.室内硬件设施还不错，床品舒适。
缺点：1.院子太大走到东门外沙滩需要不止五分钟，开车五分钟。2.办理手续、吃早饭都要到别的楼，还是院子太大；3.洗浴间太小，不方便家长给小孩洗澡。
