住的一号楼，设施真是够老的了，最不能忍受的是喷淋就是房顶上伸个管子加了个喷头，住的两天正好赶上承办围棋赛，满院子的车，也没个停车管理员。本来是想找个好停车的地方住，没想到停车成了问题。不过朋友住的二号楼设施还不错。早餐20，午餐50就不吐槽了，总之是差强人意。唯一推荐的是位置，离海滩很近，这也是老国企的优势吧！
